Many clients are successful in weight loss through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) because it addresses the underlying root issues of weight gain. This plan optimizes acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to balance these issues of weight excess as it pertains to eating problems, lack of energy, water retention, stress, digestive issues, and slow metabolism. There is no "magic bullet," when it comes to weight loss. We work together to help you give up pounds and achieve your goal weight. Successful weight management is something that is comprehensive. In our weight loss program, we examine and adapt your eating habits, educate you more on nutrition in the context of TCM, help you understand the mind/body connection using Taoist philosophy, and support you in developing self-awareness skills helpful in health enhancement & weight management. Various techniques are used to help you increase your energy, control cravings, help control your appetite, improve your food choices, prevent comfort eating, decrease water retention, and enhance your metabolism.
